THE WINTER IS BACK - The spring almost was here

I think we were all getting really, really ready for spring. But no. According to the weather forecast in Porvoo there will be snowing over 40 cm (15,8") during the next ten days. So sorry guys, no spring pictures yet! Therefore I will hang on to winter pics a bit longer.

There has been a lot of snow this winter, so we have been enjoying winter sports like cross country skiing, snowshoeing and snow gliding during the last months. 

Porvoo has nice skiing tracks, which are not nearly as crowded as the ones around Helsinki. 

Hurt my butt! The slope behind the Cathedral is quite steep and has a lot of jumps, so it is better to go when there is enough snow around to soften the landing.

Our neighbor Manu, with whom I have been walking almost 400 km during the last couple of months. Happy name day Manu!

Manu really loves the snow. I think that he doesn't mind that the winter still continues ♥ Personally I am getting quite ready for spring. How about you?
